Collection and Delivery Options

We offer our clients an inclusive free delivery package with no extra charges to anywhere in the UK. Depending on your locality, we are happy to offer these two options to our clients:

Hall Dental Courier within the Greater Manchester and surrounding areas on a daily weekday basis for collection and delivery.

1st Class Royal Mail Business Reply for all dental instructions sent postal to Hall Dental Studio and all finished dental restorations will be returned using Royal Mail Special Delivery or TransGlobal Express courier services. This ensures that we can track your packages right up to your practice reception desk.

International postage will incur an additional charge but we will always use postal options that are competitively priced, secure and reliable. Charges will be clearly stated on invoices.

Hall Dental Studio: Frequently Asked Questions

What is your turnaround times?

Our normal turnaround time is 2 weeks and this also includes some implant restorations. More complex work such as smile design planning and those implant cases requiring try-ins naturally take longer but we will always endeavour to offer you the quickest service we can. If work is required on a shorter timescale, and we understand that sometimes this is necessary, we do offer an express service. Please contact the laboratory prior to check availability and additional costs.

What happens when I want to refer work for the first time?

If you wish to work with Hall Dental Studio, please contact us via telephone or email, or simply send a case using the laboratory ticket download and pre-paid 1st Class postal labels from our website. We make the process easy and will be happy to discuss any requirements you wish to discuss. We strongly believe in having good interdisciplinary communication with all our dentists and do limit the number of clients we have simply to ensure that all get the same high quality bespoke restorations for their patients. It’s important to us that everyone benefits from excellent service.

Can I see examples of the work you achieve?

Of course! Please check out our website or our social media pages. Alternately, we will be happy to supply you with pictures via email or by arranging a visit from our managing director Wayne Hall. We provide bespoke private work and never compromise on the materials used to make restorations. Wayne will be happy to discuss your specific needs or preferences.

Can you service my practice?

We service practices throughout the UK and Ireland. Practices in the Stockport and the Greater Manchester Areas have the option of our courier service too. For clients further away, we offer a courier or Royal Mail next day delivery and we can provide you with 1st Class pre-printed labels for cases being sent to the laboratory. All for no extra cost.

How do I pay invoices?

Both BACS transfer and cheques are accepted and payment is due 30 days after the invoiced date. Please also see our terms and conditions.

Can I refer a patient?

Yes, it is sometimes necessary to see patients personally at the laboratory and we do offer both shade and smile design consultations (see relevant pages). The laboratory is a modern, clean and professional environment for your patients to experience and receive a bespoke service which we pride ourselves on. We also offer a direct referral for private denture patients to our highly skilled Clinical Dental Technician.
